This build is designed to basically have really huge heals by the end of the game.

The combination of Ardent Censer + Redemption + Mikael's Crucible gives you +40% heal and shield power. When you take into account the latter two's active effects as well as the AP and Mana/Mana Regen you get from the actual stats of the items, this combination is actually really amazing.

Add in a Locket to that and you have another great active + stats. You can carry teamfights and even entire games just from the raw amount of healing you do.

I'll probably be editing this in the future to incorporate champion matchups and more item explanations, but all you need for now is what I've put in the notes.

Ardent Censer buffs your ADC's attack speed every time you press W so that's a very good item to buy after you've gotten your Eye, so that you can use it during laning phase to win fights. If you get it too late then all it's really useful for is that extra 10% to your heals and whatever other stats you get it, but it's not as efficient.
