Teemo is primarely an assassin who excells at instantly finishing off his targets with two basic attacks and one Q. And that's it.

These runes were made for finishing off targets without using too much mana or wasting a lot of time, you're supposed to use your basic attacks to destroy. Quints and glyphs of AP, seals of health per level and marks of MP.

Bounty Hunter to feed your insationable power. Deathfire Touch to show them who's the boss. Wanderer for walking around the map quickly since you have no teleport and Assassin since you're gonna walk in a lane, basic Q basic your target then run away into the bushes like the deadly f!cker you are.

This Skill Sequence was chosen and perfected to destroy any enemy laner. You can slightly alter it depending on how you're playing and who you're playing against.

Pros:
-Great passive for picking off distracted enemies;
-Great movement speed, capable of dodging pratically anything due to his hitbox;
-Overkill damage;
-Great character, everybody loves Teemo;

Cons:
-No cons at all, he's a perfect killing machine.

Ranked Play only advised for Gold and below due to many bad people in these low leagues, where they don't know how to buy pinks, red trinkets and counter Teemo. Of course this doesn't apply to all, just 90% of that elo, congratulations if you're in the good 10%, keep climbing, I believe in you.

You can mass farm with a shroom or two, to stop minions from pushing your lane when your away, just plant shrooms in their walking path and watch them die as you plunder their gold from kilometers away.

THERE IS NO TEAMWORK. YOU WORK ALONE. Push the top lane till every member of their team starts coming to kill you, plant shrooms everywhere and watch them die one by one while your teammates push the other lanes thanks all of the attention you brought to your top lane.
