Gameplay Style and Philosophy

This build is based around those few Ezreal Players out there who liked the strategic nuking and mobility of the ability power Ezreal and aren't as much into the new Attack Damage Ezreal Builds.

This Build is based on the following principles:

[*] Stay Alive
[*] Hit Hard
[*] Be Mobile
[*] Be Accurate

[*] In the beginning I buy Doran's Ring and 2x Health potions, and teleport to my lane immediately after my second health potion purchase. with your purchased items, you should now have enough mana to harass effectively with Mystic Shot, and enough health and mobility to get away with arcane shift (Try to stay about a Blink + Arcane Shift away from safety in the beginning).

Just when you've effectively made your opponent feel comfortable in their own creep mob by spamming them with mystic shot, they tend to get a little more brave in their distance from you because they know you cant hit them with mystic shot as long as they're behind the creeps. (In the beginning they tend to stay back due to mystic shot harassing) Generally around lvl 5, your essence flux should be sufficiently powerful to start laying down some decent nukes. give them a reminder to not get too close to you (even if they are in the creeps)

Once you hit lvl 6 you should have taken the enem(y/ies) health down to about half with your essence fluxes, once you get your trueshot barrage, coordinate with your lane partner to grab a kill or a few kills with unloading all your abilities.

At this point (after your summoner teleport cd) make a trip back to base to buy some boots and at least an amplifying tome, try to save enough for your boots and mejaj's before your first trip back if you can, then teleport back to your lane and keep taking advantage of opponent slip ups with your skill shots.

Beyond this point its all about staying alive and making sure to gain stacks on mejaj's by any means necessary. It's Always worth it to trueshot barrage a team fight, even if you aren't guaranteed a kill, because you will obtain valuable assist stacks on mejaj's, and the cooldown is not very long. (easily can be under a minute if you are hitting enemies with mystic shot in the interim)

Later game, focus on strategically taking out players with the least magic resist or least health, these are generally the dps and/or support champions, after the dps and support is gone, team fights tend to turn in your favor in terms of numbers.
