Hey everyone this is my 5.14 Teemo jungle guide. I am a jungle main and experiment a lot with champions to play in the jungle and built this for the first time when screwing around in Solo Queue. Unfortunately we lost the game but I went 27-3-8. Yes we lost but I had 100% kill participation and the final score was 35-59 and my team fed hard but since then I have perfected the build and won all of my unranked games on this build.
Pros / Cons

- Lots of burst damage during the early and late game
- Clears camps well
- Useful for setting up picks on the enemy jungler
- Can 1v1 most carries if you use the Q well
- Shrooms and Poison can steal Dragon and Baron and secure kills after you die
- Weak ganks
- Poor team fights and only good for picks
- Ult doesn't help in team fights
- Ranged Jungler and can be difficult to farm with at first
Farming with a ranged jungler can be hard to get used to but after Teemo gets to level 4 he can do very well. I personally always start red side and clear red buff as my 3rd camp and smite that to stay alive. If I spawn on red side, I will often have my support leash me until level 3 so that I don't die too early. After getting devourer, I just power farm until 30 stacks and try to set up picks if I know that the enemy jungler is nearby. Get scuttle crab whenever possible and also take red buffs whenever possible because that will also trigger twice after 30 stacks and you can do insane damage with red and your poison onto monsters and champions (you will only need to auto minions and small monsters once to kill them).
I personally never run runes when I'm testing out a new build, but now I run a rune page which, in my opinion, covers all of the things that Teemo needs to survive. I run: 9 Scaling AP blues, 9 AS reds, and split yellows between scaling HP, Armor, MR, and CDR.
This build revolves around the new Sated Devourer item which will be incredibly powerful when you get 30 stacks on it. Thirty stacks cause on-hit effects to trigger twice, and Teemo has an on-hit poison with his E, so the poison and damage are doubled after 30 stacks. I prefer to use Ranger's on Teemo to keep him alive during the early clears because as a ranged jungle it is hard to get used to positioning him in order to take the least damage possible. To maximize how much damage you can do with the poison, it is best to build Nashor's Tooth and Liandry's for more AP. But you also get CDR and AS with NT and HP and Magic Pen on Liandry's. After those core items, I will usually buy Sorcs for more Magic Pen, but Greaves and Mobis are also helpful if all you want to do is farm the jungle. After boots I will usually buy Void Staff and Deathcap for the most Magic Pen and AP possible, but Abyssal and Zhonya's are good to help against one fed enemy. I occasionally will sell my boots for Runaan's late game to get more poison onto more enemies, but only if it is really late game otherwise I feel devourer is all of the AS that you need for the rest of the game.
I always max my E first because that is what this build revolves around. His Q also does more damage, but I use it as a way to land more auto-attacks because the Q blinds the enemies so they can't auto you. His W is only useful for the passive and don't put my first point into it until level 5, and I only toggle the active on the W as an escape tool but nothing else. Teemo is a very powerful jungler if played right and picking him into the jungle opens up better top and mid lane picks for your team. His burst damage is terrific and he is great for early pick-offs to put the enemy team behind. Just practice farming with him and you will be able to perfect the Satan of the Jungle and carry your teams to victory. Good luck and see you on the Rift.
