Rylai's doesn't stack the slow. As far as i know what will happen is the Greater of the Slow debuffs will take it's course, then if the second is still on it will add after. basically it doesn't help with Shrooms. If it did I would go for it pretty quick. I don't even always get the scepter. Most matches are done by then.
Sometimes i get a G.A. last for the lulz or something like Thornmail. In post game chat the other team often WTF's me and i just lolololol.
I don't really know about the Rylai's at the end tho... shouldn't it be sooner? I can only imagine the double slow with the shrooms!!!!!!!!
I love playing a more defensive build!!!!!! everyone goes all out on the attack, but not Satallite Teemo Test 1 :)))
