At low lvl taunt the players with Parrrley and your crit chance. When their hp is low enough you can go in for the kill and get the kill with Parrrley. As you progress within the build, you will be able to tank under turrics with Remove Scurvy, Make sure you have the Mejai's Soulstealer to increase your Remove Scurvys heal, and life steal with crit to assist with the healing. At High lvl and your have the Infinity Edge chunks of HP will be coming off, allowing you to solo a full gank as long as you attack. The Lifesteal and this Chunk on damage almost makes you immortal.
