I have been playing League of Legends for over two years now. I have over 3000+ games played and I finished with a Gold Rating in Season 2.

I main mid lane, but I can play any champ and can fulfill any role that my team needs.

This is a guide for playing Vi Mid lane. It is very viable and she is an amazing ganker.

Fairly standard rune setup. Emphasis on MR against mages and mp5 for spamming our spells.

Standard setup page. Mainly offensive for extra burst.

Fairly simple here as well I suppose. These are the items I have found to be most beneficial. There are many more items that are effective on Vi. Experiment and see what you like.

We will be spamming our E ability as it will be our strongest spell. Be sure to lineup your E's with your opponent so that it hits them and the minions.

During the laning phase you want to pressure your opponent by ensuring you hit them with your E. This provides a huge boost in damage and most of the mages you will face will be squishy and they will have never faced a Vi mid so you will be able to exploit this and use it to your advantage.

Every time your ultimate is available, you need to use it someone. It is almost a guaranteed kill every time. Either kill your laning opponent or roam to another lane and help your teammates. Simply Ult, then ignite and destroy them with your E and auto attacks.

Your priority later in the game is to kill the enemy carries. Simply ult whoever is the fed one on their team and be sure to ping and let your teammates know what you plan on doing. This will ensure that you have backup should things not go as planned.
