Love your abilities pictures, it gives people wanting to try fizz an idea of what they will be playing. This guide would really help people wanting to try out fizz. I have some differing opinions about some of your items and runes, but this is just personal preference. The only actual problem I have is that you said Kassidin counters Fizz. Since your urchin strike can hit him every time he tries to silence you, you can always come out doing the most damage. Post-6 could be a different story, escpecially with using your chum the waters, but I still think you have the advantage. I +1 this guide btw, you really put a lot of work into it.

Rod of Ages is not very good to fizz Abyssal Mask seems to work a lot better.

Why do you not start off with your w? Why do you not insta-max w, but instead get some points in q?
I play fizz, a lot, and I prefer w more.. You start off with dorans, but you wouldn't go oom if you know how to control your mana, and its easier to control mana if you go w based instead of super hybrid abilities. HP? use your e RIGHT before they atk, you should be fine, you have higher poke..
You should revise your item order, eg get sheen then roa, then finish off lich (etc)
You aren't (probably) just gonna rush for big items constantly... make it easier to understand your GENERIC item order.

Dat empty images... And where the hell is Void Staff?? You are incredibly easy to counter without it. And finally, I COPMPLETELY don't understand why does Vladimir counter Fizz?? Fizz COUNTERS VLADIMIR!!! He can easily avoid his ultimate and Fizz's healing reduce will make Vladimir cry.
