You cannot max an ability at level eight my dear fellow. Besides, I can see the reasoning behind picking Greater Glyph of Mana though there are still alternative options worth mentioning especially for players intending to play more passive.
Your cheat sheet is a little bit messed up right now. I recommend you to show starting items right in the beginning, expand on the differences between the three displayed builds (which you should bundle up) and explain the reasonings behind the three different early game item approaches.
Furthermore, why aren't you talking about summoner spells? I'm missing a mention of Teleport.
