Intro
Currently, my win-rate with wukong is 59.5% with over 200 games. However, back when I was doing lots of experimenting with different smites and different build paths, my win rate was only around 55%. So I've won over 60% of my games in diamond with this build.
This build gives you 40 cdr quite early, as well as what I believe to be the perfect balance of damage and tankiness.
I suggest taking the first two blue buffs and give all the rest to whichever laner needs it most (probably mid). Taking the second blue lets you gank with your ultimate more often because you won't have much cdr at that point.
This method is kinda unorthodox but it's what i'm comfortable with because it allows you to flexibly gank at either level 3 or 4 with both buffs, full hp plus a health potion to spare.
Blue side: clear krugs-red-raptors, then back
Red side: clear gromp-blue-wolves, then back
When clearing the first 3 camps, only use one hpot. This is not a problem if you take w lvl 2 and kite correctly. Also, do not use smite on the 3rd camp (you should be done clearing it before your 2nd smite comes up anyway).
When you back, pick up trailblazer.
While you are doing your second camp, decide whether or not there will be a good gank opportunity level 3. If there is a good gank opportunity, smite your 2nd buff. You should have full hp, or very close to it for your gank.
If there are no good gank opportunities, take the 2nd buff without smite, then smite gromp and skuttle if you're blueside or raptors skuttle if you're redside. Now gank with level 4.
Also, use your sweeper often. Don't be afraid to "waste" it just to be sure there is no ward in the brush. Spamming it is more effective than holding on to it for when you "really need it."
Then basically for the rest of the game, just follow my build path and run around killing everyone. Good luck in solo queue!
