Introduction
For me I usually start on the Gromp with my friend playing the leash. Bring it down to about 400Hp then smite it for the buff. Move onto the wolves then go to the Red jungle. You can either go to the Raptors or Krugs, then to the Scuttler for some extra gold. Once you have about 1300 Gold, get Skirmishers, Boots, and 1 dagger to build into Recurve Bow. From that, you can build into Devourer. In between all this, try to get a kill by ganking a lane, or if you're confident, stalk the enemy jungler and kill them when they're taking a monster. Once you've gotten Devourer, try to get it Sated ASAP for the extra damage and once it's sated it doubles the on hit effects for even more damage. Once it is sated you're basically done farming jungle unless you are taking it for the buffs.
I ultimately think my new AP Master Yi is allaround better than a AD Yi. His W heals SO much more, and he does consistently the same amount of damage late game. His Q is still very reliable because we have a few AD items in my build like Guinsoo's and Hextech Gunblade. In this setup, Yi has more attack speed than an AD Yi, which leads to more Qs, which also leads you to be invulnerable more often, while doing more damage AND healing thanks to Hextech Gunblade. There is some CDR because of Nashors tooth, helping the cool down of your Qs. To finish this, thank you so much for reading my guide, I really appreciate it. I hope this makes you a more respected Yi player, and a better player overall. Btw this is my first guide so please leave feedback for me to make better guides in the future. Thx and Bye.
