This build is more of an hyper-active build and makes you able to play more aggressively.

Aggressive build, which means you won't be able to protect your ADC that much and that you'll roam a lot.

Pros: -You can change the whole match by getting kills for your team early
-You will dominate the lane if your ADC is careful but aggresive when needed
-You will be able to 1v1 some champions of the enemy team

Cons: -Your ADC will have a bit of a harder time farming if you won't be able to zone the enemy botlane.

Instead of the usual max first, you will max first so you can hook more. You'll really need that lower CD if you want to roam a lot.

Basic Support runes, the AD runes will help you with pressuring the lane and the others are obvious.
