Yeah it looks odd i know it... but it works out good for me. The faster i attack the bigger is my dmg output because Dravens Q adds up for the missing attack damage. I see many people going for lethality but ive tested it so many times... Lethality build on draven only have a DPS on 700ad-1000ad while this build goes for 1000ad-2000ad dps.
