Introduction
Welcome to my Kled build.I hope you find this build useful, in 100+ games i played with him it never failed me, but to be hones i didn't win all of them.
But back on the point, the build i use and runes/masteries has been tried on ranked and on normal games. I think this can help you in most cases you can find yourself and i will keep adding tips, and rest of the stuff i find useful thru my own experience.

Skills
should be priority fallowed with maxing your "Q"because that's ability you will need when you dismount from your lizard.With extra range that you get when you dismount and combination with "Q"
that has big range it is easy to get you'r lizard back and gain advantage that comes with extra HP you will get back.
Farming
and your attack speed you get from "W"it is easy to clear minion wave in few seconds. Last hitting at early and splash damage that you can easily get will give you some advantage and bring you close to taking down Turret.
Team Fight
will give you shield and movement speed that if you are chasing enemy will be useful.Using your "E" to get close to enemy damage dealer will be easy task, and buy hooking and attacking while your "W"
is of cool down is off will deal high damage.
