I'd rethink it.

The Slow will still proc from the damage from Trinity Force. But yes the gold is wasted.

Wont you get blown up by any apc using this build? for the team tank your blitz doesn't have much MR...

Thanks for something useful not just don't stack spellblade. I will work on better wording and coding. Obviously my 1st guide. I used to run blitz like your suggesting. Found that just because everyone is doing something doesn't make it better.

I did stack MR and armor but found I had enough with items so went for a more balanced rune set. Magic pen is a real winner. I am always up in gold, a lot of games I have more than anyone else, even my adc. I think I might ditch the quint but it's why I'm up and stay that way.

I used to level up my pull 1st, then went for a while leveling up overdrive. I found a balanced blitz wins more and dies less. So I went away from the normal max out something and have been very happy.

The twin shadows every game gets me a few kills and or lets me get away. Also good for my team to get away as I can couple with talismans speed boost to get the whole team away.I also find enemies that are hiding and get them to run. Once they run its on.

I had moby boots for the 1st 25 games. then switched to Mercury treads. I like the ninja because my 3rd trip back I have armor, speed, mr, mana regen and health regen as well as health. Once again a balanced blitz win's more games.

Because I get sightward by lvl 6 or 7 and adc has ward trinket I help jungler get early game gank's by clearing that mid bush. Or if they are aggressive the one that ends up in the bottom bush. I do start with a ward and with the adcs trinket you don't need it. Also I like to gank mid and roam early. Can't if I'm sitting on a ward and don't know it.

I very rarely die. The health from sightward and armor in the ninja boots with the beginning pieces of the twin shadows is where I start to really see they can't hurt me. Plus the adc is getting focused so I just don't die. Don't need more tanky it is already hard to kill me.

I like your advice but I have moved away from all you are saying as that is what everyone else is doing.

That's one weird rune setup. I'd go full armor seals and full MR glyphs, definitely get rid of the G10 quint and probably stick with either all hybrids or all armor marks.

I disagree with your starter items but I guess it's debatable now with the DS nerf. Don't think Twin shadows is a necessary purchase every game. Iceborn is oke but you should definitely have a Solari and Randuins somewhere in that build. Mobi boots might be better, too. Should start with Warding Totem and swap it for Sweeping around lvl 9. Odd skilling order. You should max abilities at levels 9, 13, 16 and 18. 10 and 14 are random and unnecessary. Ignite is perfectly legit on support and most likely the current prefered spell.

Would definitely go 9-21-0 in masteries, or 0-21-9 at the very least. You're melee and you pull enemies towards you; you're gonna want to be tanky.

Should work on fixing up your guide as well. Coding, images, videos maybe and maybe use full words rather than em, ya, and other short versions. Capitalize "i"s too.

Didn't vote yet and I won't downvote for sure, just maybe work on some of the suggestions above and I can come back and upvote if the guide improves :>

Don't knock it till you try it! Sometimes in theory things work out better or worse than expected. This works out better than you would think. I used to just full build with boots. I've tried other end items. This is the best way to keep up/get away from enemies. Losing the speed from boots even if you do a slow type effect is not the same as gaining 8% speed on top of the 6% from shadows. Plus my quints. Try this a few games and tell me your not sold. Look at my stats and tell me Im wrong. See Blitz Run.. needs the speed and can deal with the passive not stacking. I have tried the ice shield and still find that since most my game is played with iceborn gauntlets and its only late, late game that I switch to this, well it's OP.

I understand you using the existence of double Phantom Dancer Yi to prove your point, but your entire point is rendered invalid if you consider that double Phantom Dancer Yi is bad too.

If you really want to sell your boots for a movespeed item of some sort, get a Zephyr; even then, it's a pretty bad idea on Blitzcrank.

Like i said in the notes on final build... I know spellblade dont stack. But boots for trinity is a no brainer. Its the movement speed that i'm looking to replace. All the other stats and the movement speed boost on hit coupled with the icebore slow is so nasty. Play it once and see. I have tried over a dozen builds. It is only if the game goes long and you have enough gold. I have had peps in game say that but have you seen a master yi with two phantom blades? Sometimes the passive can be looked over for the op nature of two items.

Trinity Force and Iceborn Gauntlet are terrible together. The only spellblade items that work together even decently are Lich Bane and Iceborn Gauntlet, and even then they aren't a good idea.

An Iceborn Gauntlets and a Trinity Force don't really work well together because of the unique active.
I'd rethink it.
