The Items

This is simply the way I generally use her, and I've won every time so far.

Towards the end (after purchasing Phage or glacial shroud), you can pretty much go whichever way you want, depending on what you need. But the beginning bunch of items are kind of a must. Extra gold/health/mana regen is awesome, CDR is good early on, followed by stacking Health for her 'W'. Also, this is the first guide I've ever made, so I hope that it's good! :)

Please let me know what you think of this guide! I'm anxious to know.

I actually hated jungling before Sejuani came out. I tried jungling Lee Sin and Skarner, but always came out mediocre and unfulfilled. I usually play Tanks and supports. I don't like squishy champs so much. And that's why I like Sejuani so much, she is basically a tank who has an ult that is perfect for jungling and even has a move that relies on her health. I realize that my build is very big on armor and not so much on magic resistance. You can always get an abyssal scepter if you're facing a mage-heavy team. Getting more Health is always a good thing, but it's even better with Sejuani because of her 'W' move that scales with her Health. You really don't need to up her 'Q' after the first rank, but you DO need it at second level after Blue to speed up the jungling. 'W' is the most important after her Ult, of course.
