Intro
I would say that I have a fair amount of experience with LoL; have played every champ but this is my first guide, because I believe that I have found the best build for sejuani and I have not seen any other guides with the same build or another sejuani building the same. My IGN is Myoakinurface. Feel free to hit me up for a game anytime.
Greater Mark of Insight will increase your dmg output and increase the rate at which you jungle. The majority of Sejuani's dmg output in my opinion should be AoE magic dmg. I have seen sejuani's starting wriggles and using flat AD runes and everytime they failed.
Greater Seal of Resilience the standard jungling/tanking seals.
Greater Glyph of Shielding will keep you from getting nuked down by that damn brand mid.
Greater Quintessence of Fortitude will increase your survivability and increase your Northern Wind's dmg output.

I like to get the gold/5 items early to get the biggest benefit out of them which is also why I complete them last. Sunfire will give you much needed health and armor as well as the passive which will inc the rate at which you can jungle. Abyssal Scepter works nicely with Sejuani due to all of her AoE magic dmg output and gives the much needed magic resist. Guardian Angel to finish off that cloth armor that you started with as well some more magic resist and armor. Finally completion of your Shurelya's Reverie and Randuin's Omen for the passives which are great synergists with the rest of Sejuani's AoE and more HP and armor.
The reason why you start with W is because it puts out the most contant dmg. The reason why you don't max it first is because once you get your Q the E ability becomes much more consistent and puts out more dmg. Which is why you max it first as well as for the perma slow for ganking :D.
Smite is an absolute necessity as this is a jungle Sejuani guide.
I like ghost over flash because it will allow you to cover much more ground and your Q is already a built in flash. You can go through most walls and close distances on enemies.
Any other spells I just wouldn't agree with for jungle Sejunai.

Sejuani is all about intiating and keeping the enemy DPS off of your DPS. Sejuani's charge is a great intiator as well as a great ability to get into position to gank a lane. Ex: "Most of the time top and bot bushes are warded. So go the long way around past dragon or baron and towards blue buff near the enemy turret. Use your Q through the wall which will allow you to get into position to ult without taking any turret dmg as well as without them ever knowing you were there."
1. After grabbing your Cloth Armor and Health Pots x5 head to Blue buff.
2. Ask your team for a hard leash on blue. This will increase the speed in which you can finish your jungle and start ganking. Smite once its reached approximately 430 hp.
3. Next go to wolves. Use health Pots as needed.
4. Then Wraiths.
5. After Wraiths go to double golems.
6. And finally go to red buff and your smite should be off cooldown.
7. Immediately after you should be ganking mid, top, or bot.
