Introduction
This is my first guide, but I'm quite confident in this build. So far, I have only lost 3-4 Draft games with Sejuani, and I have never ended a game with a bad score. With this build, I ensure my team tons of kills.
I play Solo Top Tank with Sejuani, because she's a bit...well, she's low on damage, so she isn't exactly a jungler, if you ask me.
I normally play with a couple of friends - 3+.
Because of the huge slow, damage output and stun Sejuani has as a tank, we always pick classes that resembles her. In mid, we got Lux, the junlger is often Warwick, and bot is useually Taric/Soraka/Sona with Wayne/Ashe.
So you see, we got a huge amount of slow and stun on our team.
Shall we continue? Okay, let's do that.
Pros:
-Huge amount of Health for her W.
-Alot of Armor for those damn AD characters.
-Who said "Cooldown"? She barely has any Cooldown, because we got just about 40% reduction - and I'm not even counting blue buff, if you get it.
-A chaser with no equal, and she can get in and out of fights without any problems.
-She's a great Tank for your team, and with this build: Also a great supporter.
-She can Turret Dive in a low level - I would recommend level.6, when you got your Ulti and your jungler are near you.
Cons:
-She's squishy at start, but if you defend and communicate with your team (Especially the jungler) you'll do just fine.
-She can be countered with , but it won't matter in the end - you got alot of armor and magic resist.
That's about it, I think. I will get back to this later, if I encounter, or remember, anything else.

I will make this short.
I pick:
: So that I can lane longer, for team fights, turret diving, ganks and escaping.
: Well...you're solo top. You need that experience, that minion farm, you need to defend, and you need to get back and forth real quick!
Or:
: For movement speed, chasing and escaping, but I think it's an overkill, and find much more usefull.
Do not pick:
: Now, why would you pick that? You got your , you don't need flash.
: For what? Those kills, you're gonna pick up? YOU'RE THE TANK! Not the AD Carry, leave it be!
-The rest is explanatory.

Runes and I why I pick the ones I did:
I thought about it, a lot: "How do I want to play Sejuani? What kind of Runes would benefit my build most? What do I want, that I can use early, mid and late game, without ruining my build?"
Well, for a starter:
Greater Quintessence of Endurance+Greater Seal of Endurance-Her is based on her health and ability power, but she's a tank, and should therefor not have any ability power, but we still want to dish out alot of damage, so the team can come pick up the kills. The runes alone, will leave you with +9% health.
-Her passive is one of the most evil passives in the game, so I wanted attack speed for that one - again, so my team can pick up a kill. We want to be fast, so we can slow down the enemy team, and for our incredible
-She doesn't have much magic resist in the start, and I wanted a balanced . And magic resist can be crucial at the start, depending who you lane against.
You could go more tank runes, magic resist, and so on, but this is what I prefer, and it haven't let me down yet.

Early game items:
-I start out with a , because it's an allround good item to have. You get health, armor and health regeneration - better the health regeneration, better the lane sustain and harasment.
-I then go for for gold per. sec, the health, and damage output on my - wich is great to farm minions with after using your .
-I then start saving up for Philosopher's Stone - health and mana regeneration is what you need, and let us not forget about the gold per. sec. All in all, a great item.
-Sight Ward - Sight Ward, Sight Ward, Sight Ward! You don't want to get ganked while defending, and your jungler isn't near you. Buy as many as you can, and place them wisely.
- is what you want. You're here to defend and ensure those kills, and we want to be in the fight fast. In and out, chasing and getting away.
- is what you need! You need some sort of defense against those AD, and later your . Yet again, a great item.
Mid game items:
-By now, you should have got some kills and a whole lot of assists, and loads of minion farm, so now you want to pick up your Catalyst the Protector. More health, more mana and decent passive ability.
-It is now time, to upgrade those items, you worked so hard to get. . Movement speed for your team and you, cooldown reduction, more health for your and you! Yay! We like that stuff!
- , yeah! More slow, more health, more armor, more everything!
- gives you more health. More healt equals more damage output, and makes you harder to kill...or at least, it will take them some time to get you down.
-Get that , right now! Mana, armor and cooldown reduction - ta-da! We hate them cooldowns, don't we?
Late game items:
-Rush that . I cannot stress this enough: It's an item you do not want to miss out on! Health, mana, magic resist and it blocks a negative spell every 45 seconds. What is there not to love?
-Let's get that ! Your mixed with this, will give you just a minor AoE...did I just say "minor"? I meant: HUGE AoE damage! Great for team fights.
- - now we're talking!
The enemy won't know, what hit them!

- Get in range, and fire that stun.
- Get in there, and initiate those fights!
- Pop that E of yours, so they are slowed, and unable to get away.
- Dish out some damage, so your team can finish them off.
Keep on slowing them with your and damage them with your and auto-attack.
-And if they are getting away, use your to catch up on them, and if your is on cooldown, slow them with your .
-And if they by any chance slow your team and you, or you just want to get away fast, gather up your comrades and use your for that extra movement speed.

Team 1 guide:
This is basically all the items I want, and what I need, to counter my enemy team.
I love all the armor, the magic resist, the health, the damage output for a tank, and all the cooldown reduction so I can initiate.
The health regeneration is great, she doesn't use a huge amount of mana, but I still want some mana, so I can pop my abilities whenever I want.
Her movement speed, makes her so annoying for the other team.
She can Turret Dive an entire team, without a problem, and she can get away just as fast as she got in there.
This guide is mostly against a team with an AD carry, an AD jungler, a support, a tank and an AP user. So if you're against a team with alot of AP users, I would suggest a instead of .
This is still a work in progress. I will add more. A team 2 Sejuani, some vidoes, Masteries, Screenshots, and a whole lot more.
But I hope, you will find this build just as great, as I have.
Please leave a comment, if you got any questions, suggestions, or what not.
Enjoy!
