Not Updated For Current Season
The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
Note: This guide is for lane Sejuani
Well I'm pretty lazy so I'll just keep this simple and short. When Sejuani was free I decided to have a go at her. I know everyone says she's bad and has low damage, but that's not really the case, if built correctly and in sequence she can be op as hell! This build is VERY focused on her W since it scales with HP.
The presentation of this guide is not very good cause it just takes too much time.
NOTE: For the end items it shows Heart of Gold as an end item but it should be the boots
Well the magic pen runes are for the damage, the money runes are for supporting your carry (don't kill the creeps when bot) and the magic resist and armor runes are for the tankiness.
Well, these masteries are pretty easy to understand, they're to maximize her tankiness and pwn the enemy team in team fights
Now this is the most important part of the guide, BUILD LOADS OF HP, get the Philosopher's stone as early as you can so you can sustain in your lane. Get the boots next for speed and tenacity. If you got some kills or assists early, you can quickly grab your Heart of gold for more income. Next, save money for the giant's belt, now you can tank a few turret shots. Next up is the CORE ITEM Sunfire Cape, combined with your W, you deal an amazingly high aura damage and people will start running from you. Now that you're OP, you need to be more tanky AND OP get another Giant's Belt and your W will be crazy, Now you're lacking magic resist, so grab a force of nature. Now you can self heal and be OP, Grab a Warmog's to be more OP. Now you can self-heal, have high damage with your W and be super tanky. The game should have ended by now, but if it hasn't...well....let's just get more HP by replacing Heart of Gold with Spirit visage, it also enhances the Force of nature heal. If the game still hasn't ended then you can probably replace your Philosopher's Stone and get whatever you want, but I like to get a Banshee's Veil. Now you should have like more than 4.5k hp with high damage and self-heal. You can basically carry the whole team.
Your main source of damage is your W. After you use your Q and E, just pop in your W and follow your enemies until they die. How easy is that? The special thing about W is that it deals 50% MORE damage to frosted or permafrosted enemies, yea that's how you kill. Oh and don't forget to use your ult (R) in team fights, really, it's that easy. Normally, people don't like Sejuani because they often don't think about the HP scale of her W and they just build basic tank builds and end up doing badly. Well this build is a mega tanky build with A LOT of damage. But don't get too cocky early game, your time to shine is mid game and most importantly late game, that's why you need to get the money making items so you can get more money to buy those tanky items.
Please note this: Sejuani's W doesn't apply frost, her Q, R and auto attack do. So when you're attacking enemies, first apply frost then use E and W.
Pros / Cons
Pros: Very High HP, High constant damage with W, aoe slow spells, game-changing ult, self-heal, near-unkillable, low mana costs, the ideal op champ, can take on anyone.
Cons: Not for jungling
Basically you can either go top or bot. When you're at bot, let your AD carry have all the minions unless they're not very good at doing their job. At top, just farm and stay safe (ward river), when you get sunfire you can kill people easily.
