The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
Hello this is my first build, so it's probably not perfect, but I'll hope it's gonna help you
with your Sejuani gameplay.
Sejauni is a champion with great tanking qualitys. But she does also have some good damage qualitys. So This build is about a Tank/Dps Sejuani.
Everybody sees Sejuani as a tank with not much dmg. But their wrong caus she can really get the kills! with this build everyone can enjoy the killingspree with Sejuani.
She got the health, and with this build also the dmg, This is very usefull cause Sejuani got alot of slows, and that is amazing so that you can run chasing all the champions and take some kills.
Frost (Passive) - Sejuani's basic attacks apply Frost, reducing enemy Movement Speed by 10% for 3 seconds.
Arctic Assault - Sejuani charges forward to deal magic damage and apply Frost to enemies. Sejuani stops upon colliding with an enemy champion.

Northern Winds - Sejuani summons an arctic storm around her which deals magic damage to nearby enemies every second. Damage is increased against enemies affected by Frost or Permafrost.

Magic Damage per Second: 12 / 18 / 24 / 30 / 36 (+0.1 per ability power) (+1 / 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 / 2% of her maximum health)
Permafrost - Sejuani converts Frost on nearby enemies to Permafrost, dealing magic damage and increasing the Movement Speed reduction dramatically.
Cost: 55 mana
Cooldown: 11 seconds
Magic Damage: 60 / 110 / 160 / 210 / 260 (+0.5 per ability power)
New Movement Speed Reduction: 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 %
Glacial Prison (Ultimate) - Sejuani throws her weapon, stunning the first enemy champion hit. Nearby enemies are stunned for a shorter duration. All targets take magic damage and are affected by Frost.
Cost: 100 mana
Cooldown: 150 / 130 / 110 seconds
Magic Damage: 150 / 250 / 350 (+0.8 per ability power)
This itembuild is giving you the moste of Sejuani. You will have the Health to charge in to a fight without dying immeadiately, and you will also get the damage so that u can get the kills that u want.
If you are following this build and if you are going on lanes, you will have control off the game, and give your team an easy win.
Why choose Sejuani?
Why choose Sejuani?
With the many tanks in the League of Legends now, you might be asking yourself: Why choose Sejuani? Besides trying something new and unique – she has quite a few tricks that set her apart.
The first question that everyone should ask themselves when selecting what character to play is “what champions are on your team"? If your team has all Attack Damage champions (AD), then you really shouldn’t pick Sejuani unless you’re in dire need of a tank. If you already have one or two “Tanky” champions, then there is really no need for Sejuani.
The reasons you SHOULD pick Sejuani:
Your team needs an offtank who can initiate
Your team is mostly AP
If you have one or more of these criteria:
Then you should feel more then obliged to choose Sejuani.
The next question you should ask yourself is this:
Why choose Sejuani over other champions? Every champion has a purpose, place, time and build. You should play what you want to – but if you can align your champion to utilize other’s skills and methods then your team will shine in a group fight and increase your chances of survival. What makes Sejuani good compared to other offtanks.
Using Glacial Prison can turn the tables in a team fight, as well as halting a champion fleeing and allowing you and your team to gank them before reaching a tower. Alongside this all of her abilities work in conjunction to her passive: Frost. Frost allows Sejuani's basic attacks apply Frost, reducing enemy Movement Speed by 10% for 3 seconds. Alongside Permafrost this combo can severely reduce the capabilities of melee champions and anyone wishing to flee.
Flash and Exhaust is what I use on Sejauni, but there are other summoners that work just as well.
Flash is obviously for escapes. I find leading into a charge and then flashing will net you an outrageous amount of distance. I often will charge over a wall forcing them to burn their flash and then I will flash over another wall for an untouchable gap. Exhaust helps a lot with first blood top. Even with all your slows a decent Flash will dramatically decrease your chance for success. You don't want to just push top out of lane you want to kill and make him rage at his respawn timer! Sejuani's slows + exhaust is nearly a guaranteed first blood.
This is a list about all the Summoner Spells.
Flash- Use this to get away, intercept, engage team fights, or to just burn a long cooldown.
Exhaust- Seeing as you already have an immense slow, another immense slow would be useful to have in lane to feed a carry or whatnot. Useful throughout the game.
Ignite- You can get early game kills with ignite, but I don't find the utility of this spell late game whereas teleport makes me more mobile. I'm not saying this is a bad summoner spell, I'm just saying it's a bad summoner spell on Sejuani.
Heal- I mean, yeah you can use this ****, but who really wants to?
Ghost- I never have found the greatness of ghost considering Flash is a better escape tool anyways, but I suppose you could find the utility in Ghost over Flash.
Clairvoyance- Not exactly my cup of tea on this champion, but it's definitely underused and should be used on true support champions. Sejuani just isn't a support imo and this spell just isn't needed however I do like it.
Clarity- Back to what I was saying about Clairvoyance, with Sejuani not being a true support tank, taking Clarity simply just doesn't fit the quota although I could see the benefits of using it to stay in lane longer. I just don't think that I would ever use Clarity, but there are some pros to using it.
Revive- HA u kidding me?
Smite- If u are in the jungle for sure, but that's not what this build is about.
Surge- In all seriousness, this spell is just trash and is even more trash on Sejuani.
Cleanse- A large debate over Cleanse is just that with most CCs in this game lasting just a couple seconds means that when you do actually press cleanse, sometimes its just too late for you to escape your pursuer and getting out of silences just doesn't make this spell that good at all and it simply doesn't work with Sejauni because if anything, getting CCed would be like a goal for you, and there are other spells that have better utility on Sejuani
