So AD Malzahar may seem completely trollish and dumb, but there is a catch. The pokemon spawned from your passive have a 1:1 ratio with you and share your armor penetration! The reason I chose all mana and cooldown reduction items is so that you can spam your abilities to keep your voidling(s) up. You can have up to 2 at a time with this build, meaning you can decimate someone who is suppressed by your ultimate(R) ability. Frozen Mallet is there so people can't run from you and your pokemon. Top lane or bottom lane (AD carry position) are the ideal places to be a pokemon trainer.

P.S. the attack damage at level 18 calculation on this guide is wrong, it doesn't take into account the bonus from Manamune, which is around 110 with this item build (302 total attack damage :D)
