As for Miasma the reason why you dont max that first is because firstly you should not be placing yourself early game in harms way by any means you should be playing almost passively and devoting 100% of your efforts to last hitting minions this way you can get your gear faster then your enemies who are trying to harass you. Also to note that if I took miasma for the main purpose of escape it would mean i would not be using it on cd for the caster minion mobs which is where it would go but to use it as an escape with this build would only oom you and leave you even more vulnerable.

Summary, due to this build focusing on AP and not Regen Miasma firrst would oom you and cost you gold because the only way an enemy would stand in it is if you wait and place it where they are standing which means you wont have it on the caster minions where it is most profitable.

Yea i only Got the greed because A) it stacks with kage to make it look like you gain more then 180g and B) there really wasnt much else that you can get so consider that point a free point place it where you want.

I'd suggest getting at least one point into Miasma in the first four levels since Cassiopeia has no real escape. Miasma will at least help a little in escaping or chasing. You also might want to delay Mejai's until after Rylai's since that is when you should start being deadly. I'm personally not a Twin Fangs sort of player early game, but everyone plays her a bit differently.

Great guide, my only suggestion is to change the Greed Mastery to something else. If you do the math, by 30 minutes in the game, it will have given you only 180 gold, that's like 6-10 minion kills. I also like taking ignite for an easy First Blood, but I understand Exhaust works well on her too. GJ +1
