-This build is for Pure Tanks with very little dps.

-Masteries is 9/21/0, Going for the main tank masteries, and on offense I choose Attack speed and magic penetration. Why you ask? Attack speed to get your passive up faster and the magic penetration for some early game damage.

-Runes I choose percent health because end game you passive will do an unbelievable amount of damage. Magic Pen. for early game damage. Scaling magic resist for those bursty AP.

-Summoner Spells Exhaust and Flash for laning (I might create a jungle Shen build later depending on what reviews I Get). Exhaust for teamfights or to secure kills easier. Flash is the basic escape/chase spell. If you are really good at skillshots. You may want to use the flash taunt combo to keep your enemies from escaping or pull out an unexpected teamfight.

-Items: This item build is basically a balanced out tanky Shen. over 200armor and 200mr complete build with over 4000hp. If the team you are fighting has tons of ad i would prefer switching merc. trends to ninja tabi unless you want the tenacity and Wits End to Randium's Omen. Against Ap I would switch out Sunfire Cape for either a banshee's veil or Abyssal Scepter, Banshee's for blocking their spells or abyssal for the 20 less magic resist to take them down faster and Ap for a little more damage. You can also use Silversash if the cc is unbearable. They are both good items with magic resist, althought I prefer Force of Nature, but it's been removed. *sad face*
