Rune Page: you might consider only using 1 type of each rune(I.E. 3 Flat health quints instead of 1 and 2 other types). Suggesting: Flat health Quint, Dodge Seal, Armor Pen Mark, CDR Glyph.
Mastery page: Most shaco's use a 21/0/9 or a 21/9/0 build, skipping Spell penetration because the AD Shaco(in your case) does not need spell penetration.
Skill Sequence: Deceive is the key spell for AD Shaco, so you might consider maxing that first instead of two shiv, JitB is best taken at lvl 1 or 2.
Item Build: With the information given, a build of 5 Bloodthirsters and Berserker Greaves, wouild 1. outdo your lifesteal(125%), 2. outdo your damage( 614 at all hits rather than 600-700 with a 44% chance). This would not be the best build for shaco, for shaco usually relies on a gigantic deceive nuke - Trinity force, Infinity edge, 1 bloodthirster, other items depending on build.
