New build on how to play shaco without smite! This is very effective because your ganking is much better being able to ignite and exhaust to ensure that you get the kill.

Creeping / Jungling

To jungle first put as many boxes behind blue untill he spawns
Once blue spawns start attacking him and the boxes should kill him.
Now you kill wolfs, put 1 box when it starts attacking it you attack.
now you kill wraith and red, first put a box in front of red far enough so it wont attack.
Then you kill blue wraith and put another box. kill two more wraiths and another box.
Now you kill the last wraith put one more box and lure red with a shiv, stand on the boxes so the mini ones ranged attack you and dont take box hits. now go kill golem just put a box and kill it.

Now your ready to gank and clear jungle at will!

I personally prefer exhaust and ignite because of the high kill possibility in ganks but some alternatives are...

Flash....... Not really needed because you have deceive but could help to get away better

Ghost....... Nice alternative allows for you to chase but wont really be needed in early ganks

Heal........ Never used before but if you want you can use it, wont help much in ganks.

All the other summoner spells dont seem to be that good on shaco at all and i would not reccomend using

Guardian angel

Great item if you need it you can sacrifice some damage for it.

Another tanky item you can buy if you prefer this over GA.

these seem to be the best alternatives out there but im sure if you wanted to there are some other items, i reccomend to get atleast one item that makes you tankier so your not always focused in teamfights and not only able to fight 1 on 1 but also support in team fights.

Skill Sequence

The skill sequence i made seems to be the best focusing in start damage using your shiv to deal lots of damage and giving a slow, getting deceive next to start with that amazing crit stacked with your infinity edge is amazingly strong.
I have tried maxing deceive first but in my opinion the damage and slow from shiv is much better to max first.

These are the reasons why i think this is a very good build for shaco and using the new jungle to not need smite but to use another spell with your first to be way more effective in the late game where smite is almost useless.

Using this build has got me so many good games with shaco and i've always gotten lots of kills and nearly no deaths every game.

shacos lore

Most would say that death isn't funny. It isn't, unless you're Shaco - then it's hysterical. He is Valoran's first fully functioning homicidal comic; he jests until someone dies, and then he laughs. The figure that has come to be known as the Demon Jester is an enigma. No one fully agrees from whence he came, and Shaco never offers any details on his own. A popular belief is that Shaco is not of Runeterra - that he is a thing summoned from a dark and twisted world. Still others believe that he is the demonic manifestation of humanity's dark urges and therefore cannot be reasoned with. The most plausible belief is that Shaco is an assassin for hire, left to his own lunatic devices until his services are needed. Shaco certainly has proven himself to be a cunning individual, evading authorities at every turn who might seek him for questioning for some horrendous, law-breaking atrocity. While such scuttlebutt might reassure the native inhabitants of Valoran, it seems unimaginable that such a malfeasant figure is allowed to remain at large.

Whatever the truth of his history might be, Shaco has joined the League of Legends for reasons only he knows. He is a terrifying figure, typically shunned by both his fellow champions and the media at large. Only the summoners in the Institute of War know why such a creature was allowed into the League, but most Runeterrans suspect it to be a means that allows the power that be to keep an eye on the ever-elusive Shaco. Unsurprisingly, this champion is popular in places where madness can openly reign, such as among the power-hungry summoners of Zaun and Noxus.

Whatever you do, don't tell him you missed the punch line.
