Ehh...seems like a good build so I'll upvote it, but I havn't had very good luck with it.
Every game that I played this with I ended up very short on gold due to how expensive all of the items are...just my opinion though.
i do mention how expensive the build is and that the first blood + double kill potential early game by getting boxes first and stacking them makes it much easier to deal with the high gold cost of the items

agreed with everything until you said to do Q-E...bad, no...
E slows and and reduces their chance to hit..as long as it's ready to cast.
Initiate with Q than place a box asap in the area they might run to. Than finish them off with E. The slow/chance to hit poison is applied for 3 seconds when you throw it so if they start to get away you can catch up if you have to, but usually you won't.
See i said Q-E because E slows and it has a 10 sec cooldown so by the time they start getting away you can use it again just incase
