For Shaco i take these rune,s wich fit him really well
Greater Mark of Desolation 9x For A Nice and Smooth armor pen the Low/Mid Game wich Increases ur damage output really well Gives a boost of 14.94 armor pen

Greater Seal of Armor 9x For a boost of low level armor since shaco is a Prety Low hp/Low armor and Magic resisted Champion. it Gives a boost of 12.69 armor

Greater Glyph of Magic Resist Almost the same as The armor rune It gives u Flat Magic resist wich Reduces the damage taken by ap based champions like Karthus Ahri etc a total of 12,06 magic resistance

Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage Gives you a starter boost of Base Attack damage wich benefits with ur Deceive and auto-Attacks And gives a boost of 6,75 Attack damage

Okay Now The Masteries here we go9 attack damage

Havoc 3/3 a Overall damage increasement Of 1,5% it isnt much but it will help ur a Hard assasin wich kills everything on its path

Lethality 1/1 +10% critical strike damage Wich bennefits u so well since ur Deceive is an instant crit so A MUST!

Sunder 3/3 +6 Armor penetration Wich Benefits ur auto attacks and ur Deceive

Executioner 1/1 Increases damage dealt by +6% against targets below 40% HP wich makes finishing of low hp champions easier

Good Hands 1/3 Reduce death timer by 4% its the best choice in the starter utility Since u dont need Flash or faster recall

Expanded Mind 3/3 +216 mana at level 18 Since shaco isnt a champion who uses his mana efficient so this works nice

Swiftness 4/4 gives you 2% Extra movement speed Wich Increases ur overall Movement so u can outrun almost each champion

Runic Affinity 1/1 Gives u a Buff wich increases the time u keep Blue/red/Baron'nashor buff by 20% Wich result in better damage output

Okay So Whe are going on Now whe are at the Item Explenation Doran's Blade Gives u a bonus of80+HP +10 attack damage and 3% Lifesteal

Mobility Boots Gives you 2 Movement speed when in combat and 5 when you are out of combat or left combat after 5 seconds this is a great item since u can move fast across the map

Sheen +25 Ability Power and +250 Mana This item makes youre next attack after an ability like Deceive do extra 100% base damage like youre attack damage is 100 u do 200! and only 2 seconds cooldown on this item

Phage +18 attack damage +225 Health and gives you a 25% Chance to slow the person who,s Hitted by youre auto attack by 30% Movement Speed for 2,5 Seconds

Zeal +20 Attack speed +10 Critical strike rating and +6% Movement Multiplier

Trinity Force Same buffs as Sheen Zeal Phage But then all in one and better 100% extra base damage is changed to 150% and some stats got boosted

B. F. Sword Speaks for him self +45 Attack damage

Pickaxe Gives +25 attack damage

Cloak of Agility Gives you a Increased Critical strike rating by 18+

Infinity Edge +80 Attack damage +25 Critical strike rating And Critical strikes do 50% More Damage From 200% -> 250%

Vampiric Scepter Grants +10% LifeSteal

Bloodthirster +60 attack damage +15% Lifesteal And gain +1 Attack damage and 0,2% Lifesteal each minion kill stacking up 40 Times

Dagger +15% attackspeed

Black Cleaver +55 Attack damage +30% attackspeed And Reducing Targets armor by 15 each strike stacking up 3 times wich result in a -45 Armor on the target

Guardian Angel +68 Armor +38 Magic Resitance If you die u will get Revived Directly on the same point where u died with +750 Health and +375 Mana This can only occur Once in the 5 minutes so dont think ur immortal!

Okay so now for Summoner spells we take

Best!

Exhaust Usefull to Counter AD Carry,s Attack speed Or Slow down running oponents
Ignite a good spell for last hitting escaping people
Flash Hm its kind of good but its NOT REQUIRED since u have Deceive

Considerable

Heal Usefull when low health but not the best spell for shaco
Revive If u die u can get Directly revived Isnt usefull either ur not supposed to die
Smite Only if ur jungeling else ur a troll
Surge Considerable Attackspeed and abillity power but it wont do much preffer Ignite
Cleanse Usefull for removing CC,s Like Warwick Infinite Duress
Clarity Mana issues This can solve it but wont really help u much further with damage output
Teleport This is just usefull since u can setup great ganks with it u can teleport to ur own Jack In The Box or Vision Ward

DONT!!!!

Garrison Even its only for dominion
Clairvoyance Youre not a support!!!
Promote ehmm Why is this added to the game ??

.Easy Escape Deceive
.Is a joker!
.Easy to Learn Hard to master
.Can Clone to fake enemies
.Clone does insane damage on explode when playing AP
.Can Fear Entire Teams when teamfighting
.Instant Crit with Deceive Wich goes really well with Infinity Edge and Trinity Force

CONS

.Pretty Squishy
.Wards and oracles Can hurt u And makes escaping Harder
.Not a really teamfight capable champion
.Low level blue Dependant Since high Cost of mana on spells
