hello and welcome to the my first build and one thing i could recommend with fizz is finding out all of his tricks before trying to play pvp. take some time to find out the true ability from his Q and his E. all in all just try to harass your enemies and try to poke them.

With the purchase order of fizz and the combination of the correct runes and masteries you can usually dominate early game as well as having a ton of burst late game. One problem with fizz in early game is that he will always be low on mana if you keep wasting you E on farming, try to save your E incase of a sticky situation. cause you never know what may happen.

my masteries are mainly focused on cooldown reduction and magic penetration, this way if your enemies start to stack magic resist then you have a counter. with good cooldown reduction this allows you to poke more often.

my summoner spells are ignite and ghost mainly for kills on enemies as well as ghost in case your E cant get you a far enough distance from you enemy.

people say that the reason the take urchin strike last in the ablity sequence because apperently it is only good for the on hit effect from you passive bonus on your W. i take it first because that way i can either get past a champion and fall back or it may also catch me up to them and set me up for a certain hit with my E. I always take my E last in the sequence because with this build you will only want it for farming purposes.

only use your E for farming late game because you will have low mana and end up having none when ganks come.

PROS: you can escape bad chances of death.
his abilities and be used to save allies.
one thing to remember is that his ultimate can also slow.
CONS: With my build fizz will be fairly squishy and have low mana in early game.
if you get ganked try to avoid a stun if a champion has one, if that happens your as good as dead.

fizz is not the easiest champion as he is a little different when it comes to movement.
remember: early game preserve you mana!
fizz's Q isn't just on hit effects.
and burst= victory!
