An easy kill. Very squishy with no escape makes for a rather easy gank.
Zed
Zed's ult can be a bit tricky, so make sure you have an escape ready.
Heimerdinger
Extremely hard to gank, Heimer's turrets remove isolation bonus and deal damage while he attempts to escape or fight. Try to catch him out while he's away from his turrets. He has extremely high burst with an ulted W.
Shaco
Shaco's boxs can remove isolation bonuses when fighting and has hard CC. Can easily kill you while you are on your first clear, keep vision up.
Ivern
Ivern can instantly steal your buffs, though he lacks fighting ability against you. His ult can remove isolation but otherwise easy-ish to deal with.
Lee Sin
Has CC, Range, and Vision to help counter you. Be careful in this matchup.
Tryndamere
Tryndamere's Ult prevents him from dying, allowing him to escape with his E or to damage you further/kill you.
Amumu
Doesn't have enough damage output to kill you early game, easily bursted down. Try to stop him on his first clear.
Rumble
In a one on one you should be able to easily burst him down, especially in the jungle.
Annie
Her passive gives her hard CC, and she has high burst damage at all ranges. If you can avoid being stunned she's very squishy and can be killed quickly.
Nasus
Lots of health and can have lots of lifesteal. Prevent him from getting his stacks and bring Armor Pen. Don't let him snowball.
Yasuo
Yasuo is generally out-traded by Kha'Zix in damage. Don't use your E without an ensured kill and avoid his tornado.
Rengar
Rengar often wins a fight that he draws out, try to kill him while he is securing a buff, or while he has HP missing. Try to dodge his Bola Strikes to not get rooted. Stay away when he has a high amount of ferocity.
Tahm Kench
Lots of health and some CC, although no damage, easier to kill on their own.
LeBlanc
Has a disengage that allows her to escape a decent amount of the time, can kill you if you're not careful.
Jarvan IV
Easy-ish kill, you can easily escape from his ult.
Pantheon
Pantheon's passive directly counters yours, making him harder to deal with.
Veigar
Avoid his stuns and you should be able to kill him quickly. (You can't jump out of it!)
Twisted Fate
His stun can be hard to deal with and his Ult reveals you on the map, but overall he is rather squishy and you will likely win in a one on one.
Evelynn
Evelynn is worse at dueling then you, if she starts to kite back off.
Zac
High HP, hard CC, lots of damage. An extremely hard match-up for Kha'Zix.
Master Yi
Very easy to invade, especially in early game. You should be able to burst him down before his continuous damage kills you.
Aatrox
Easier to kill in early game. His revive can be a bit annoying, so be prepared for that. Once he gets lifesteal it gets harder to kill him.
Lux
Be wary of her stun-ult combo. Try to catch her off guard and especially while her ult is on cooldown.
Gragas
Very easy to invade early, shouldn't pose too much of a threat.
Teemo
Very annoying to deal with, especially post-6. Be wary of where his mushrooms are placed and try to gank him after he's used his Q for full effect. His Q counters your passive by blinding you, lowering your DPS to just your own Q, W, and E.
Singed
Extremely tanky and his poison removes isolation due to a bug, be extremely careful here.
Poppy
Almost impossible to fight especially in the late game. Her ult can disengage you, she's extremely tanky, and her W stops your E and stuns you. Overall tanky and annoying to Kha.
Warwick
Fighting him pre-6 is extremely easy, however post-6 his ult will suppress you completely, attempt to engage when his ult is on cooldown.
Yorick
Try to engage on him when his ghouls/Maiden aren't around. You can jump over his walls if he tries to trap you in them, so try to save your E for disengaging.

Always start Q for damage, W second for the sustain, get W again if going for a full clear, as it helps with raptors and more sustain but if you're going for an early gank go E.
