Hello this is my guide that I use when I play the first champion I bought Shen.Most people play Shen as an armor or healthy tank .This build shows the more uncommon build of HP regeneration.It makes it like making the injury worth nothing and then you are back at full health in 3...2...1 thereafter nearly dying or it gives you the opportunity to tank for teammates longer.

I go Feint first for ganks then Vorpal Blade for a poke and/or farming creeps
I take [shadow dash] last because of it's short range high cost and a medium length cooldown.

Pros

• great natural heath and armor
• has a great shield in Feint
• can save an ally
• has a taunting flash in Shadow Dash

Cons

• bad mobility
• difficult to learn
• no good attack spells

I chose to get some early durability in Aegis of the Legion (half way before finishing it grab your boots).Start building your first Warmog's Armor around level 9;finish around level 11 and start your 1st Force of Nature then get another Force of Nature and another Warmog's Armor

Since you have almost unlimited energy feel free to use your Vorpal Blade anytime you want.When soloing a minion wave alone, do not forget to use Feint.Just rememberto ward for ganks while doing this. ;)

Target the the one whose being targeted with Vorpal Bladefor health to your team then Feint and try to hit as many as you can with Shadow Walk repeat till carry gets low then [[stand united] with them and taunt any chasers.
