Here's my build for Shen.

For spells I've gone with Heal and Ghost or Cleanse and Ghost, both work well, in the end it's up to you which you'd prefer.

I only start with one point in Feint because it comes in handy early on for ganking, and when taunting enemy champions so you take less damage or if they can stun you, if you can get it off before, then you won't receive as much damage.

When you first start buy the Ruby Crystal. Then work to complete the Aegis.

After I usually go for the Ninja Tabi, but again depending on who you're playing against, go with either Sorcerer's Shoes, or even Mercury Treads.

After I know some people may disagree but start to save up for your Warmog's, if you can save up to get the Giant Belt first if not get another Ruby Crystal and a Regrowth Pendant.

After you complete Warmog's, save up for a Sunfire Cape, I usually like to go with two, but it's up to you, if you do decide to get two, then you are left with getting either the Banshee's Veil, or Frozen Mallet, both work well, since Shen doesn't have high move speed, Frozen Mallet can slow them down so you can keep up.

Heal is nice when you have Stand United if it's not on CD and you port beside your allies and use it, they get a heal and you can take aggro away. Cleanse comes in hand for enemy champs that have exhaust or Ignite. As well as if they can stun, slow etc...
