Took a while trying to calculate this, but I might be wrong still. Probably am. But the max damage per second with the ADC Crit attack speed build is 3629. Of course, it is very inconsistent. This number (3629) is taking thunderlord's decree into account and Varus's passive, and obviously you're not going to be procing these all of the time. Also, armor is a thing. So yeah. Max ad should be around 279 I think and your crit will be 100% with full build. Crit damage 295.51% of ad and attack speed will be 3.05 with Varus's passive. So without thunderlord's decree and passive, your max damage per sec would be 2200. With the average of base armor on a level 18 champion, plus no thunderlord's, passive, blah blah blah, your max dps would be 1210. So a massive downgrade from the original 3629 dps, but, none the less still pretty decent. Now onto the Hybrid Varus. Oh god, here we go.

For the ADC Crit Attack speed build, you are probably wondering why I didn't put any health items in. Well, you are probably going to kill things faster than they can kill you. For the hybrid build, you will definitely win in a one v one against a non-tank champ. You just have to stun, q, e, and then they try and run away and then you shoot them in the back of the head with your q again.

After doing all of the calculations, turns out full crit dmg runes are the best for this build. You can switch it up a bit and go for some cdr or health runes if you want to sacrifice a little bit of damage, but that's up to you.
