This is my short guide to Top AD Teemo. This build focuses mainly on damage, mixed with durability, allowing you to focus down the enemy ad carry, yet still live. Enjoy.

The runes I focus on stay with the point of the build: Damage and durability. Any combination of damage and durability will go well with this build.

The masteries I choose stay mostly in the offensive tree, only diving slightly into the defensive tree for health, MR, and armor, staying with the point of the build. Putting more points in the defensive tree will work as well.

There are a few key items I chose for this build. The first and main item is Frozen Mallet. This is an extremely strong item for any ad top laner. Gives massive health and a great passive that slows on basic attacks, allowing for easy kills, or even kiting and running away. An item that works well with Frozen Mallet is Runaan's Hurricane. This gives tons of attack speed, and applies on hit affects to more than one target, triggering Frozen Mallet's passive on each target, making this combo extremely deadly. Some other great items include Trinity Force, and Maw of Malmortius. The last major item is Black Cleaver. This item is great for a top laner, cutting through any armor the enemies might have, allowing for quicker kills. Granting damage, health and armor penetration, this item goes great with Frozen Mallet and Runaan's Hurricane. Once you have all three of these items, you will be virtually unstoppable, and will be able to catch opponents out of position easier, especially with Noxious Trap. There are also other items above, so feel free to change it up as the game progresses.

The skill sequence is fairly basic. Start off by maxing Blinding Dart, as it will cause all enemy attacks to miss for a short while. If playing against an ap mage top, try maxing Toxic Shot first instead, as one attack will do more damage, since you don't want to get bursted, you just want to poke. If you are not doing well in lane, try maxing Move Quick first, allowing you to escape, or to get a quick gank in.

As teemo, focus on last hitting as usual, but try to poke down the enemy with Toxic Shot and Blinding Dart. This will allow you to freeze the lane, get a kill, or even force the enemy back to base. Use camouflage to the fullest, either to escape a gank, or set up for a kill. If you would end up taking more damage than you dish out by poking, refrain from poking unless they have used cooldowns recently. Make sure to place your Noxious Trap in the river and tri-bush to decrease the chance of getting ganked and killed.

Farm, kill, and blind. Your hidden passive, global taunt, increases the likelihood that enemies will target you over anyone else, but don't get discouraged, just blind em.
