I'm having reasonable success with this build. The Hextech Gunblade replaces the Wriggle's Lantern/Stark's Fervor to taste, I rarely get a game long enough or enough gold.
Jungle Route 1 - Blue (Smite), Wolves, Wraiths, Red (Smite) and Golems...
Jungle Route 2 - Wolves, Wraiths (Smite), Golems, Recall*, Blue (Smite), Wolves, Wraiths, Red (Smite) and Golems...
*you can kill the small lizards at the red camp before recalling to maximize gold (you can even die at red to speed up recall/healing time if you want).
