Introduction

Hello Mobafire. M4a1SteakSauce here (in-game Dondrak), this will be my first guide. This guide will explain my playstyle, and the items I typically use and/or reccomend. You're welcome to play any champion however you like, but this is MY playstyle for Shyvana, The Half-Dragon.

Skill Sequence

I start with , this is the first spell I max. I found this is overall more useful then maxing first. I then take a point in At level two, and at level four.

Basically.. Take a point in each spell, and max followed by follow by .

Summoner Spells

It's pretty self explanitory which summoner spells are useful and which are not.

Possible Choices:

The rest are meh. The ones above are ideal. I personally use and grab to get those early kills.

Masteries

21/6/3:

The first 21 point go in offense for damage.

The 6 points go in defense for some more armor and magic resist. This combined with your runes will give you nice survivability and damage output at the start.

The 3 points go in utility for some added health regen.

Runes

Greater Quintessence of Desolation(x3): This build is focused off attack damage.
Greater Mark of Desolation(x9): Like I mentioned above, an attack damage based build.
Greater Seal of Vitality(x9): Honestly, I just have these in my runepage. I'm sure there's a better replacement, but it does serve purpose as it gives you some extra survivabilty as you level up.
(x9): Since we don't build cooldown-reduction in our items, it's nice to have it in our runes. The more we can attack, the more damage we do. The more kills we get. /win

Items

Build Explanation:

As I started playing I noticed she works well with builds you probably wont see on any other champions. My build focus' on attack speed, and attack damage, while maintaining defensive stats that will help you crush enemies and survive. The main reason attack speed is so important is her passive. the more attack speed, the more you can spam and the longer your is going to last. Your is going to work out amazing with giving you great AoE damage, while your other items provide direct damage aswell.

Item Build and Build Order:

Start off with and grab 3 . Stay in lane as long as possible, recalling once you can afford . Go back in your lane. By this time you should be getting some kills (if you're decent) and rush in your B.F.Sword From there finish off your . next. Then . After this work on to quickly build into an . This is your base build You have good damage, armor, health, and magic resist. From here it gets mostly situational depending on your opposing team. I usually grab a for the extra HP and slowing effect. Complete a then finish with a .

Summary

Well guys and gals, thanks for reading my short but sweet guide to
Shyvana, The Half-Dragon. She's a wonderful champion if played correctly, and can crush almost anything in her path. Like I mentioned earlier, this is my first ever guide, so I'm open to some constructive criticism. Feel free to vote and mention your suggestions and reccomendations.
