Hey Thur Boi's and gurls, this is my shyvana build, not complete guide. but build, hope you enjoy.

Pros / Cons
-great damage output throughout entire game
-No Cost champion (excluding dragon transformation)
-**** disturbs an entire team
-A ***********ing dragon.
-single target damage low
-Must be in dragon to have best tanking ability
-No real cc
I picked my runes because the armour and magic resist give her a really solid early game and sustain. minions wont be constantly dragging your hp down like a mofo.
The marks are standard for a solo top to maximize damage and minion farm, twinfang also has a greatly increased damage output from these marks
Quints she doesnt need movement speed. lets be honest. and her burnout scales with AD not AP so making that early advantage against a top is the differance between a kill or an escape
There are exceptions to these Runes Obviously. there are exceptions to everything.
For shyvana, The way I play her anyways, i like to have heavy dps and lane control. the armour, magic resist, and hp regen even though small works extremely well with dorans sheild. in this case a little becomes alot the sustain coming from this is in my opinion better than cloth armour and 5 health pots.
As I said before, Shyvana has great early game damage and most people are scared easily by her. having the 3% lifesteal in masteries is a sustain in lane more than anything. I go full down attack damage because solo lane is easily dominated by her damage.
Though I do admit Dorans Sheild is an odd item for first build because it doesnt build into anything. but with building this you are only wasting around 230 because it sells for 268, a cloth armour costs 300, and wasting 150 on pots. finally I find that shyvana does extremely better against cloth armour users with a dorans sheild, for the money it costs, in my opinion its the best item for her first.
Now, usually on shyvana my first back I am able to get mercs or even speed boots and a vampric scepter. thing is though wriggles and mercs are in not such a specific order, infact somtimes its better to switch out mercs entirely to get a ninja tabi against a heavy ad, it can mostly shut down any ad solo top. combined with wriggles the armour gets to about 120.
shyvana likes people slow for burnout, hence frozen mallet. its an overall good item for her and gives her more than enough compensation for the gold spent.
Wit's end should be an obvious build item for shyvana players. it gives quick DragonRage because of the high attack speed and gives her a nice bonus magic damage on every hit, not to mention magic resist. for the gold spent on this item it'd be foolish to not buy it.
Atmas makes shyvana a complete tank bruiser around here shyvana gets 212 armour and 230 ad, that is a devastating combo mixed with the attack speed, hp. shyvana at this point is not easily killed at all and does A LOT of damage output.
Last Whisper. At this point you can basicly call yourself a tank rapist. A shyvana at this stage in his/her build is an absolute nightmare for the enemy team, even if they had armour it really, I mean really. doesnt matter anymore.
Ofcourse this build is very inexpensive so feel free to upgrade
Maw of Malimortius instead of Wits End
Bloodthirster instead of Wriggles
And obviously you should be looking at situation items like
Quicksilver sash if the enemy has alot of CC
or even selling Wits end for a force of nature if **** gets real.
For Solo Top shyvana I strongly recommend Flash Exhaust. it goes together like PB&J and is usefull late game unlike heal, teleport(For shyvana, your not gonna be backdooring.) and ignite is a maybe, because if they have mundo,vladimir or any other HP regen *****s, might aswell pick it up.
Wait To use Dragon Form until the enemy team has commited to a position, like maokais ultimate. But, make sure there is some cc or damage on your carry and launch the enemy team off, its very effective if the enemy team has WW, Urgot, Malz or any other stationairy CC this will relieve your carry A lot of damage output. But most importantly it will make the enemy team wonder what the hell happened to their formation.
