Things that need improved:
Masteries- the most you should get in support tree is 9, for improved buff duration, the rest does not help you. 40 exp is nothing, look at how much exp is required to level. Removed gold per 5 and use masteries in def tree like improved summoners. This gives you more gold for using smite, which is more than using 5 mastery points in the support tree.
Quints- do not get lifesteal or spellsteal. They do nothing for you late game and do not help clear jungle faster. I recomend attack speed. Also, attack speed quints are worth more gold than lifesteal/spellsteal.
