Intro
I've been testing out different marks and I like the Attack speed reds for quicker clear times in the jungle and because she scales so well with attack speed. Armor and MR/level because her tankiness late game makes her crazy strong with he constant DPS and sustain. I take the lifesteal Quints for easier early jungle clear and early sustain in lane. Shyvana really doesn't need to go 21 in offence to do amazing damage and the 9/21 route makes her a great fighter and jungler.
Shyvana is one of the best top lanes because of her ability to clear the jungle quickly and take very little damage. You can just shove your wave then get the top and bottom camps just like at level 1. You shouldn't be afraid to fight almost anyone if they go agro on you; just put up your AoE and Q them to take a good chunk and scare them off. At level 4 you can easily take red buff and gank bottom if you see the opportunity. At 6 you can ult and kill a big camp if its wraiths, you can usually take wolves in her standard form by now with just the dorans blade.
This build centers around you farming constantly all game; I usually get to level 18 by 19 minutes if all goes well. The early phage helps you fight and lets you stay on people with the nice slow procs. Wits End with Merc Treads is generally enough to let you live through ap bursters. If their team has low amounts of magic damage you can sub out either of them for Tabi or Ionic Sparc. Once you feel that wriggles isn't enough or you have completed your Frozen Mallet you can sub it out for a Blood Thirster.
Once you have your Wriggles you can easily destroy dragon, just buy a pink and go for it. If you kill a ward just leave it, no need to give the enemy a chance at a steal and a kill. Try to keep dragon timers for your team, and if you see your lane ganking bottom, retreat ping and take it for free. Remember, dragon takes five minutes to respawn.
