Introduction
This build is simple. You have AD, Crit, AS, MS, and Lifesteal. You could also alter the items depending on your situation. For example, you could get Madred's Bloodrazor if your enemy is stacking Health. Also, you could get Last Whisper or The Black Cleaver if your enemy is stacking Armor. If you do need to change the items, it is recommended that you replace one Phantom Dancer with it. If you need more than one extra item, then you can decide, but it would be fine to take out any item.
Marks- Flat Armor Penetration marks go well with AD champions. They go well with this build because there are no Armor Penetration items, so the runes will make up for that.
Seals- For AD champions with mana, mana is needed to cast spells that harass the enemy or buff your allies and yourself. Mana Regen helps you regain the mana more quickly. For AD champions with no mana, a bit of survivability is required, so extra health would suffice.
Glyphs- Cooldown Reduction helps you cast your spells more quickly, so you can harass, run, etc. more. You could also use CD per level glyphs.
Quintessences- More Armor Pen.

Exhaust- This spell helps you win fights. It weakens your opponents so that you are much more powerful than they are. It also slows your opponents down during chases. You can also use this to help you run from and enemy.
Ghost- This spell helps you chase down enemies, run away, and get to certain points more quickly.

I recommend playing a bit defensively in the beginning. Until you get your bloodthirster, you are UP. You may go in to gank and initiate teamfights when you are fed or if you are confident enough to enter a fight and win.
If you are playing an AD champ with good harassment like Nocturne, Pantheon, or Caitlyn, then you should harass and wait for your mana to slowly come back. You may jump in when the enemy is at low health, but always be extra cautious while tower diving.
If you are playing an AD champ with little or no harassment abilities, then you should fight the minions, but stay close to your turret because the enemy is usually at full health, and they could kill you. You just shouldn't be too aggressive because you might now have the upper hand.
