Hey.. ok yes rod stacking works. but the problem is if you get that many creep kills, its more worth it to stack mejais/an atmas :). Sorry to dissapoint but its true

gogoplatza play with this items and skill you will see you can kill them realy easy and when i play with singed i have in den end of the game 400minon kills

RoA's are good but u should only have 2. (3 if u get fed earlier) because they become not-so-worth-it at the 15-20 minutes. plus boots of swiftness and regen are better for his ultimate and overall.
finally...
WTH IS UP WITH SUMMONER SPELLS. pl0x get ghost??? ms is very good with him. imagine a tank charging up 2 u at 500ms on 4k hp...
