I have played singed twice and could easily chase down anyone I wanted anywhere on the map and get either an assist or kill. I got 2/3/15 and 9/4/17. Isn't it pretty decent on singed as he likes to walk between the enemies to let them breathe poison? Perhaps you could discuss it as you did with rylai's, good job on that though!
