Well, to be perfectly honest, I'm still to update this build. Which I will get around to. And you don't need to take what I put down, it's just a standard build, you have to tweak it to your liking/other team's build. And about Archangel's, I prefer going for raw tanking power, not maxing out AP. Singed is one of the best initiators in the game simply because he is really hard to kill with his increased MR and Armor from your ultimate, fling, free kill. Simple. Frozen Heart is also nice with the fact you have to be close always, I'm trying new things every day. But about the Abyssal Scepter, you're always in close so getting a nice MR boost, with some AP, along with more damage from Poison trail/Fling is a really nice combo. Warmog's has been nerfed a bit and I probably will take it out.

why the warmongs?? makes no sense to me. There are far better items for singed than that. It gives you HP and HP regen... without wamongs u can get ~105HP/5s which is 20hp/s.. thats plenty. 900 hp... with 2 RoA and a Veil i run around with 4.5k hp.. not to mention the 200 def and mres. Bad item i think =| and the abyssal scepter is rather a waste on him too. Your build has no armor item in it. What about replacing it with frozen heart instead? you'll get some HP, 90 armor (that'd double the current amount) and 25% cd plus the 25% attk speed reduct. And even if you want some Ap, Try the archangel staff.. that'll be alot of ap for ya
