Also, i think singed is pretty much one of the only few viable champ that can use GA, seeing as it's such a bad idea to start chasin a singed. PM \| +Rep by NicknameMy » October 20, 2011 1:21pm \| Report Well, I play Singed different. I spam Mega Adhesive, spam his Insanity Potion in lane for harass and try to Fling anytime. For that, I need the cdr of Frozen Heart. Also I buy Rylai's Crystal Scepter before Force of Nature. Well, I get enough resists through Insanity Potion until I buy more resists. If I dominate, I buy the rabadon's deaathcap lategame. If my team struggles a bit and I need to withstand as much Damage as possible, I buy Randuin's Omen, because lategame, only ad-carries can beat you. Also great cc in combination with Mega Adhesive, Fling and Rylai's Crystal Scepter slow.
