You want to get atleast 50 cs before you go back to base. To do this is by going extremely aggressive. As soon as you see you opponent, you will need to flip h as much as you can! By doing this, your opponent will hardly get any cs because of your large and scary health pool thanks to giants belt. Just try to zone them as much as you can. Blue buff is also very good so ask your jungler for it.

By now you should have your rylais and catalysis. Try gank mid when possible as much as you can. Get your jungler ready for more burst and slow. Don't forget to turn your poison on!

Your main objective as singed is to disrupt team fight as best as you can. Try to engage the fight and get all of the enemy team to focus you. This is where ghost is very useful. Don't be scared to keep your Q constantly on. It's actually unbelievable how long it could last for. Pushing with singed is extremely effective Eg. If you have push their third top tower, the enemy will most likely chase you. If all five are chasing you just pop your ultimate and ghost and use randuims omen and there will be no way they will catch you so try pushing as much as you can.
