Hola me llamo Duplex and I'm going to give you my humble little opinion of good ol Singed in my first attempt at a guide. If I feel The attempt went alright I will continue to update this guide as much as I am able to.

Pros
-Good farm
-Easily sustainable
-Has slow, posion, and fling
-I like his style
-His CD's arent bad in my opinion
-Badass
-Singed's ultimate is just ultimate.

Cons
-He likes to om nom nom on his mana in the beginning till you learn to control his awesomeness
-His awesome skins cost real money *sigh* :(

I max out my Q for amazing farm and escaspe tool, who wants to chase singed back to his turrent while continuosly being poisioned, not me.

Along side Q, E is a great way to keep enemys from getting away, just gonna pull em back if they try to run.

W is great to keep ememies to get away too but i max it last because the slow is great but taking it once at lvl three usuaslly workes for me.

Okay my opinion of singed is... well... I LOVE IT, its an almost all purpose stat booster, running away-R, need moar damage-R, chasing a low health enemy and wanna kill him (DUH)-R, great ult and not the worst CD I've ever seen.

My masteries are pretty straightforward 21/0/9. offensive tree for maximum magic damage output and utility to help with mana problems a bit.

For runes I took greater marks of insight for more damage, greater seals of resilience for some def, and greater glyphs of sheilding for even more defense. Variations may be made to this and are totally up to you and i will take comments into considereration regarding if weather or not to use runes suggested by buying them and testing the with a few matches.

main summoner spells
-Flash
for quick getaways or chase downs, fling for chasing and mega adhevise for running
-Ignite
used for the same reason anyone uses it, more damage.

Alternative spells
-Ghost
running away and chases, a lot like flash but not imediate.
-Exhaust
A great escape tool or fight turner against an AD carry, go for it if you feel like it.

The important thing to note when looking at my build is the price of everything is quite a bit, i normally finish a game with sorcerers shoes, rod of ages, void staff, and a force of nature, it still works well i assure you but it sure is a hell of a lot better when you totally finish the build, I garen-tee it.
