Decent build.
Arch's and Frozen should be situational, try and find some other items as alternatives.
The 4 points in EXP on utility probably need to be slotted elsewhere, only viable if you are solo top.

Overall, 7/10.
Review the math, check the items and you have a pretty solid alternative to the top builds out there.

quite some calculation going on in this guide. could use some extra chapters and all. more coding and layout will be needed. for instructions, check out jhoijhoi's guide on making a guide. weird mastery decision. go with 9 on something and 21 on something. would advise you to turn on require comment to vote.

keep up the good work!

+ Good math, not really interesting to read for me but it proves you have thought it through really well

- Needs more chapters - how about explaining about Runes, Masteries, alternative items, pros/cons, skill explanation and skill sequence?
- Needs more BBCoding, at the moment you have done pretty well with colors but if you make those new sections you should try to use columns for example.
- 7-0-23 masteries? I would recommend 0-21-9 or something. I am not a pro at Singed but I am just using my common sense.
- You should list runes in the cheat sheet as Marks - Seals - Glyphs - Quints.

Now that I have given my tips, over to the ratings:

Appearance: 6/10
Cheat Sheet: 6/10
Contents: 4/10

Giving you an overall rating of a 5,3. In my opinion there are just too many vital sections missing, if you add those along with some BBCoding you should ask for a re-review and you should get at least an 8, because that math thing is a big plus. Good luck! :)

Really? Its a 15% slow? I thought it was like 7% o.o In that case....*sigh*...its gonna remove the point of many sections of the build...but...I'll add that info and make Arch vs Rylai's a choice for the player. Thanks for the info though, I'll make the proper changes to accommodate that.

The thing is though, it would take singed about... 20 minutes to fully charge Arch (spamming both fling and mega adhesive constantly, and that's a generous estimate). If you're building it late game you can't really count on more than half charge if you're lucky, and if you build it early you're not tanking enough. So in the vast majority of situations you're looking at...

*about* 900 Mana
25 mana regen
*about* 130ish AP
and because of Singed's passive *about* 325 HP

compared to...

Poison trail that AOE slows for 15%
Fling that slows for 30%
0 Mana
0 Mana regen
80 AP
and 500 HP

Singed doesn't have the greatest AP ratios. The utility will help secure a lot more kills than the AP will imo, on top of that it makes you much much harder to kill. Best of all, when the enemy team sees that you're slowing everyone they'll be more likely to focus you rather than your carry, something that an extra 50ish damage on your fling probably wont do.

Alright, I haz done some math. Since its Tear that slows down Singed's progression, its building will be aborted. Also, some insight on why Arch>Rylai's is that When Arch is finally built, its statistical benefits are 400 mana, 118.5 AP, and 100 HP. When plugged in with the other AP items and Rabadon's passive, that brings the AP to a total of: 414 AP. That will slowly increase to 1400 mana, 148.5 AP, and 350 HP. When plugged in with the other items, it gives a grand total of 453 AP. With Rylai's, You get 80 AP and 500 HP with a slow effect on poison and fling. The stat bonuses of Rylai's plugged in with the other items give 360 AP. That's quite a bit lower. In the trade off of slightly higher HP and some utility vs higher AP, I would personally choose AP. If you would like Rylai's instead, plug it into your build, its still a great item. I just feel that Arch is better on singed.

And I'll be replacing the Tear section with this argument, thanks for helping me realize this.

I wasn't saying you didn't, I was just stating the main delema with Tear and some possible play styles that might counter it. And yeah, building a tear is the only real drawback of this guide. I might re-think the building order a bit actually.

I'm not talking about stacking them, maintaining tankyness on a tank is always important. My point here is that overall, tanky mana items on singed are extremely effective and often overlooked. Adding a Arch allows Singed to go from tanky beast to a tanky beast THAT NUKES.

As far as stacking that passive, keep in mind that poison doesn't do the job. I'm pretty sure flip and adhesive do. Timing the activations to be 3 seconds apart can help build it more effectively. Spamming adhesive might also be a good idea since at rank 1 it has the lowest mana cost of all Singed's skills.

A well thought out guide, but I really feel like there are a lot of reasons to not build Archangel's staff.

Singed has a fairly weak early game to begin with, and even without Archangel's snowballs like crazy in the end game. Tear of the goddess is only really weakening you more in the early game and you really don't need that boost in the end. Singed has more than enough Mana late game with a RoA and Frozen heart, and your AP would be better served with a number of items, most cheaper.

Also I notice a lack of RCS, that thing is bloody ridiculous on Singed.

I like your math. Personally, i don't like Archangel's on Singed; in a custom game where i stacked them (for over 1000 AP XD), it took me about 40 minutes, with my abilities ALWAYS on cooldown and with blue buff most of the time. Definately not an item to be overlooked though.
