Introduction

And so it came to pass that i went 17/4 w/l with Singed bottom in low elo ranked and decided to share how it was achieved.
Singed top is suboptimal because he cant reliably rack kills like Garen or Olaf; as a support he gets a lot of kills/assists.

Items

The choice between Rod of Ages and Seraph's Embrace was evaluated, tested and desicion was made: RoA simply does not gives enough mana for the free spell spam, and oom Singed will not do. The extra health RoA gives is unimportant, as it is Suicidal Singed build and looking squishy is a must; plus, you can bait with Seraph shield.

Toss 2 Goo 1 go early game for assists; then you get tear and max poison.

Spells

The purpose of Singed is run amok; the Ghost is ultimate spell for that. The other can be Heal, but Barrier gives more hp and cd lower so you can suicide more often; it also counters Ignite but unusable for saving teammates. Exhaust can be used to chase, but as the most of game revolves near towers Barrier still better.

Tactics

At start of game you go invade to get much needed assist or sometimes FB. Then you go bottom, hide in brushes and toss people. Get Ruby Sightstone and ward dragon, blue and ganker brush. Farm for Tear of the Goddess; there is when fun begins. After you get it, charge into people whenever, towerdive 5 man team, chase dat Ahri into base, solo push and most important, suicide. So they, like Pavlov dogs, will get reflex "we Must Kill SINGEDDD!!!" because you, naturally, die. They will focus you the rest of game and lose towers, lives and gg.

The most succesful application of this is to charge them alone under tower while teammates hide nearby. After they loose all cooldowns and sometimes ultimates, the rest of team goes in and clean-ups.

Another suicidal tactic is to solo push a sidelane and invoke 5-man gank (because lesser numbers just cant kill you) while rest of team gets another tower, dragon, baron or converges for the countergank.

In the end, despite suiciding, you will have an average death toll and victory to boot.

- Team dependent (cant solo carry stupid failurers)
