Works great, if you use the cannibalism at the right time you can pretty much go into every fight as a juggernaut. I've taken on 3 same level champs and gotten at least 1 kill and ether ran them back or escaped myself. though his one draw back is that he depends on his cannibalism to be a juggernaut. but it cools down every min so thats really not that long. you find yourself using it all the time. i use it a lot just to get my health back. you should be able to stand toe to toe with any champion and be the last one standing even without cannibalism. cannibalism does take you over the edge and has champions running for the brush.
