Sions story

Prior to the creation of the League of Legends, the city-states of Demacia and Noxus were locked in a brutal series of on-again-off-again wars that spanned the course of centuries. Both powers sought an advantage over the other, but Noxus was the city-state willing to forego conventional morality to achieve its goals. Only brute strength and the will to use it mattered to Noxus, and this is best exemplified in the murderous warrior, Sion. Used by the Noxians as a human battering ram, Sion would be sent thundering ahead of Noxian troops. He would mercilessly slaughter foes with his large double-bladed axe, "Chopper". His complete disregard for caution ultimately cost him his life, as he was captured and summarily executed by Demacian forces.
The Demacians thought that the beheading of Sion would be the end of his bloodthirsty ways. Death, however, was merely the beginning of Sion's rise to power. The famed Noxian assassin, Katarina, recovered Sion's remains and Noxian necromancers reanimated the behemoth to serve Noxus once again. Sion's reanimation actually bestowed new powers on him and increased the potency of his existing abilities, making him even more of a terror to behold on the battlefield. The Noxian High Command had a powerful new weapon in their hands - one they have brought to bear as a champion in the League of Legends. Even though Sion's increased powers would make him a powerful tool for the High Command's use outside the Fields of Justice, Noxus no longer risks losing one of their greatest champions in the League to chance or circumstance; Sion's days as a front-line fighter for Noxus' military conquests are at an end.
"For Noxus, death is a promotion."

Build explination's

I want people to know how good Sion is on attack speed and attack damage all though there is some ap and a mage build guide ;) . This really works every time i play and i at least get 10 kills every a match. I dont like long explainations and stuff thats why i dont speak to much and also you wont get bored reading this

Sion is currently outshone by better AP casters; at the time of writing there are at least 5 other champions who will beat him in lane, mid game and late game. They do more damage and provide better utility to their team. He is a mid-low range caster right now. While it is certainly possible to play him this way and enjoy success, there is a reason he hasn't been seen at top ELO play for months. I think Sion is currently more viable as an AD carry.

AD is better if:
- your team has strong mid game carries (e.g. nidalee) but only one late game carry.
- your team already has most of it's damage coming from AP sources. (If you go AP too, smart enemies will pick up an early negatron cloak or two and you will lose you the early teamfights and the game will snowball away from you.)
- you have a few slows or an aoe slow (anivia... kassadin...). Sion is a melee DPS so needs to be in 125 range to do decent damage... you have your stun but you will normally only be able to use that at the start and end of a teamfight, some decent slows on your team will enhance your ability to output high DPS without enemies getting away with ghost and flash.

AP is better if:
- you already have a strong late game physical carry (trynd... trystana... ashe... corki)
- you don't have enough cc on your team already (AP gets to 40% CDR by mid game which makes all the difference)
- your team needs a stronger mid-game

All of my class all have phantom dancer all but 1 i use this for the ult and farming not to mention the last hit for the extra hp on minions

Class 1 the main build
I use 2 phantom dancer for the nice crits and attack speed i like haveing phantom dancer on sion because of the nice farming

Get 2 warsong armor along the way it helps MAJOR with about 2k and over 100hp regain a game that went about 40min you should have about 6k hp with 2 phantom dancer and 2 warsong

then get a hourglass i like if for the extra damage take in on death carcus and the armor and the little passive is great for when the enenmy dives on u at like 10hp and he has like 1kand yer whole team is around its sweet

next go for the death cap 140ap plus increases all ap by 30% =)

Build 2

Same thing with warsong and phantom and the hourglass but the frozen heart is for armor but the mana and the 20%reduce attack speed for enemy is a life saver vs a xin zhao or a master yi or kog twitch etc

the force of nature is for the stats and the hp regain so lets say yer in there nexus and u got 200hp after a team fight and there all dead you got yer ace well dont recall they got like 30sec respawn time and you got what a ult that heals and 200hp per 5sec dont RECALL

Build 3 is a hybrid build
Not alot of hp but nice ap and ad the system does not add in his 65enrage attack damage so he has more damage then that but get 2gunblade
phantom dugh
litch blade for the ap and the extra damage at end of attacks
the vest is for yer ult and yer nice life steal and spell vamp and you get the death cap

Build 4- my 2nd fav
You got yer 2phantom dancer for the stats i talked about it before
1 infenty edge for the damage and the critical a frozen heart to boost yer armor and lower there attack speed yer litch blade and the death cap for ap extra damage etc

BUILD 5 the best of them all
3phantom dancer 0.0 for 90% critical and the 165%attack speed xD and the movement speed oh ya
a infidelity edge to boost that 90&crit to a 100% FTW CRITICAL
a black cleaver + infidelity edge= DEATH reducing targets armor X3 and the 100critical is deadly
and last yer blood luster for that damage and lifesteal at the end this is the best build i hit 3penta kills in 1 match with it believe me it works with the enrage added 400damage so you crit for like idk 800

You understand this build the crystal staff for the ap hp and the speed reduction
litch blade you read about before same with death cap the soul stealer is for only if you are feeding on them the gunblade for the extra stats death cap for ap Etc

HOPE YOU LOVE MA BUILD PICS COMEING SOON i need help with bb codeing can some 1 msg me about it?

If yer going damage or hybrid build when yer team is ganking go distract them and solo lane you can farm a **** load of hp every class at the end should have atleast 3k hp =)

Sion is a a BEAST at farming, deals MASSIVE damage to minons, after the Deathcap its going to on shot the minon wave. so its easy to farm enrange late game. so just farm and farm and farm. This is just Mid-Late game... early its a bit harder.

Early. it can be quite hard farming as sion got low attack speed and without enrage his not going to deal that much damage, and since his melee you will have a hard time farming, even more aginst a ranged team.

If yer going damage or hybrid build when yer team is ganking go distract them and solo lane you can farm a **** load of hp every class at the end should have atleast 3k hp =)

Wards and bushes

Garen should almost NEVER take mid lane for the simple reason that it is too difficult to use the bushes properly. Bushes multiply lane presence because of a few factors. chasing power, q + e combo, and ultimate as well as the element of surprise are the basis of what separates excellent and mediocre sion

There are a few guides on this site and others such as this one that explain the best places to put them. THESE THINGS WIN GAMES, and they are mostly put in bushes. I need to make clear,

Every time you go back to buy an item with a little extra gold, buy a ward. Try to never leave base with extra cash, as its just going to be wasted with you carrying it in your pocket. Don't hesitate to sell the Doran's Blade to make room for them either. The added map awareness provided for your team greatly outweighs the health and damage provided only to you.

Place wards in the River, next to Dragon, Baron, enemy Blue, enemy Red, and a few other places. Those who have been warding for awhile eventually figure out where is best for their team to place them. Make sure that if you are laning against a stealth character, you pick up vision wards early.

Also, use these to protect yourself. If you have pushed the lane early and want to continue fighting there, you need to position wards in the bushes NEXT TO the bushes by enemy red, as well as in the bushes (toward Dragon, Baron, Urf, and whatever is at the last one) by the 1st tower. This more or less ensures you will be able to see enemies at your flank.

Initial contact with the enemy

If your team isn't grouped up fighting for blue/red and you've made it to the bushes in lane with your laning partner, wait for the enemy to venture near the bush. It really helps grabbing First Blood if your laning partner has exhaust or some other form of CC. Smack whomever enters the bushes first, but if both attack at the same time, pick the squishier target.

Do not try to jump people out of the bushes at level 1 because without the movement speed and damage of q, it is ineffective and you are better off last hitting minions for the gold

Lane, Tips

Laning" and Gameplay:
I take bottom tower by myself, and hold as long as I can.

More than likely you will be going against a Heimerdinger or some kind of carry. Try to use your Enrage to gather some minions for the extra health. .

Ghosting puts you at about 435 movement speed, which isn't all that bad for roaming or trying to catch up with someone.

It's a bad idea. The tower will take it out in 1 or 2 hits, and then you're subject to heavy cc and massive damage.

Try to have someone destroy the tower, as you stun the enemy and put on some damage.
Do not try to 1v1 Jax, Wukong, Garen, or any pure DPS champions.

Lee Sin, Akali, Singed, and Heimerdinger are easy 1v1 targets. Most tanks don't put out much damage, so if you put on your Death's Caress and turn on your ult, you can out DPS and kill them. Also you can take out AD carries like they are nothing.

Shield, Ghost, Stun, pop Shield, auto attacks, ult = Massive damage.
Even though everyone usually has mana problems with Sion, this build focuses more on straight damage. You should only be using mana to put out stuns, and activating your shield. Neither cost more than 200 mana, so your small mana pool is not as big of a deal.
