What Elo are you? If you dont know what that is, what lvl are you?
Let me start of by saying if you wanna go full tank on Sion, YOU SHOULDN'T BUY THOSE PIECE OF **** ITEMS!!!
I mean... Why a random Phantom dancer? Why Zeke's Herald? You are obviously new to this game.

I will give you some advice for real tank items if you now wanna go full tank with Sion without any AD/AP.

Take Mercery Treads or Ninja Tabi depending on if the enemy has a hard CC team.
For health items a Warmogs Armor is enough and that's about the only thing you've done right.
Force of Nature is great for Magic Resist.
Frozen Heart or Thormnail for Armor. Buy both if the enemy has a strobg AD team.
A Guardian Angel is really good because of the revive thingy.
Those are some items you might wanna concider when building a tank.
As for the tank itself you really shouldn't take Sion. And you say Riven is one of the best tanks in the game? You know, just because someone has alot of HP doesn't make them a tank.
Some good tanks are, as you said Shen, Rammus, Alistar and Amumu.

This so called guide is sooo short and still so bad. I could sit here all day and point out stuff you've done wrong but I have better things to do.
